DIGITAL ACCESS CODE REPLACEMENT
It is the educator and school's responsibility to ensure access codes and resource information regarding how to access digital products are retained for replacement purposes. Access codes are issued and owned by the specific school that purchased the resource and/or associated resource access codes. Access codes are not to be shared between schools.
Should an educator misplace an access code, or if the access code has been damaged, Nelson will replace the code associated with the specific purchase that the school has made and will require a photo of the damaged access code or proof of purchase of the original order where possible. The replacement access code provided by Nelson will be for the same resource that the lost or damaged access code was for.
As of November 2020, Nelson will no longer replace access codes at no cost for large quantities or to groups of schools that did not purchase the original resource.

Our experienced Distribution Centre staff will select the carrier that will provide the most efficient and economical delivery from our warehouse to your door.

All invoices are due and payable to Nelson within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise noted on the invoice or agreed to in writing. You may pay by credit card (VISA/MasterCard), cheque or money order.
Nelson's policy is to identify the charge for the Harmonized/Goods and Service Tax (HST/GST) as a separate single item on each invoice. The tax rate applicable to each item is identified on each line on the invoice.

Any Customs/Duties and import fees for shipments outside of Canada are the responsibility of the customer.

The status of a product can affect the length of time in which it can be returned, or possibly preclude it from being returned altogether.
